Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] Painful restriction of Glenohumeral and pericapsular motion 2] Selection of patient wil be done irrespective of sex socioeconomic class religion 3] Patient who will give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] Patients having congenital structural deformities other joints deformities or diseases which are no related to Avabahuka Frozen shoulder 2] History of trauma 3] Avabahuka Frozen Shoulder associated with known case of Cardiac disease Pulmonary TB Pregnancy Paralysis HIV Neurological disorder Diabetes 4]Known case of Seropositive Shoulder joint dislocation Fracture
