Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adult age between eighteen to thirty five With Flexible Flat Foot ( Pes Planus ) Navicular Drop Test Score more than ten mm Both males and females Individual with Bilateral Flat Foot Individuals with Normal BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rigid Flat Foot Trauma of the lower limb or spinal fracture / surgery within the last six months Systemic Disease like Rheumatoid Arthritis , Gout congenital bone deformities or postural deformities leading to flat foot Skin infection or burn in the treatment area (posterior chain)
