Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18-25 years diagnosed with cervicogenic dizziness, having symptoms of neck pain associated with dizziness, positive cervical dysfunction findings, willing to participate voluntarily, and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, cervical spine fracture/dislocation, recent cervical surgery, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, migraine and associated dizziness, systemic illness affecting balance, or currently receiving other physiotherapy treatment for dizziness.
