Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fit for Basti Karma. Subjects who are willing to provide informed consent. Both fresh and treated cases will be taken for the study. Definition of fresh subjects includes freshly diagnosed and untreated subjects of Gridhrasi Definition of treated subjects includes those who are already diagnosed and treated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with uncontrolled hypertension and Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Subjects previously diagnosed with congenital spinal deformities, infectious spinal pathologies, fractures of the lumbosacral spine, or severe osteoporotic degeneration. Subjects previously diagnosed with radiating pain due to other urological or abdominal conditions. Subjects previously diagnosed with conditions requiring surgical intervention, such as progressive neurological deficits. Subjects previously diagnosed with systemic illnesses that may interfere with the intervention.

To design, develop and standardize an automated Basti Yantra in accordance with classical parameters. Timepoint: 8 days

To compare the effectiveness of Automated modified Basti Yantra, Classical Basti Yantra and the Enema can method, based on Basti Dana Kala and Basti Dharana Kala.Timepoint: Each day;To compare the effectiveness of Automated modified Basti Yantra, Classical Basti Yantra and Enema can method in attaining Samyak niruha lakshanas.Timepoint: Each day;To compare the effectiveness of Automated modified Basti Yantra with Classical Basti Yantra and Enema can method by using Nirgundi Kashaya Basti in the management of Gridhrasi.Timepoint: 8th day
