Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 27 years, College students with sedentary lifestyle, Category Low according to IPAQ. Forward Head Posture, Craniovertebral Angle greater than 50 Degrees. Not currently engaged in any structured exercise program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have met one of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: History of spinal deformity, thoracic surgery, or respiratory disorder Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting posture Individuals with obesity, BMI greater than 30 kg/square meter. Category Moderate and High according to IPAQ.
