Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Burn occurring within the 72 hours prior to administration. TBSA 20-40 percentage second degree superficial wounds surface area more than or equal to 20%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Solely 1st degree or solely 3rd degree burns. All other burns except of thermal origin. Evidence of active infection at the wound site. Chronically malnourished, poor medical condition or shock Septic pyemia Moderate or severe inhalation injury airways to lung HIV On Immunosuppression Comorbidities including Autoimmune disease like lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis. Severe pulmonary and hematological disease, malignancy Pregnancy or lactation
