Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female subjects aged between 18 and 25 years. 2.Subjects diagnosed with flexible pes planus, indicated by a navicular drop greater than 10 mm. 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 18.0 to 24.9 kg per meter square. 4.No prior exposure to orthotic interventions or structured exercise therapy for foot correction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with a history of orthopaedic or neurological disorders affecting the lower limbs or balance, including but not limited to stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, or multiple sclerosis. 2.Subjects with a history of lower limb surgery or trauma within the past 6 months. 3.Subjects diagnosed with diabetes or any other metabolic disorder 4.Pregnancy 5.Subjects with a presence of visual or auditory impairments. 6.Subjects having severe foot deformities. 7.Subjects having vestibular dysfunction and/or presence of visual or auditory impairments. 8.Those with significant vision or vestibular system deficits, as these can impact balance and proprioceptive assessments 9.For subjects in the Virtual Reality (VR) group, individuals with a history of motion sickness, active nausea, migraine, or any psychiatric conditions will be excluded due to potential intolerance to VR exposure.
