Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the clinical features of menopausal symptoms age between 45-60 Amenorrhea for last 12 consecutive months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: surgical , perimenopause or malignancy condition. Patients with bleeding per vagina in the menopausal period , Patients with long-term systemic drugs for more than 03 months during the last three months ,which may affect menopausal symptoms and may influence on the outcome of the study, like cardiovascular diseases, endocrinal diseases and medication like antidepressants, H.R.T or any other drug that will be excluded from the study.

a) To evaluate and asses efficacy of Ashwagandha Choorna and Satavari Choorna in reduction of menopausal symptoms (MRS). b) To evaluate and asses efficacy of Ashwagandha Choorna and Satavari Choorna in reduction of Vulvovaginal atrophy. c) To assess the impact of Ashwagandha Choorna and Satavari Choorna on the menopause specific quality of life (MENQOL) of women experiencing Rajonivritti Awasthajanya Lakshana (menopausal symptoms). Timepoint: 8 weeks
