Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with clinical features of Madhumeha.Like Muhurmuhur mutra pravrutti (Polyuria). Pipasadhikya (Polydipsia) Karapada daha (Burning sensation in hands and feet) Karapada suptata (Numbness in hands and feet) Subjects with FBS more than 126mg/dl to 300mg/dl HbA1c equal or more than 6.5 Percent
