Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex presenting with symptoms of Adhesive capsulities as mentioned in diagnostic criteria Patients age between 40-60 years Patients who wish to sign the written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who needs Surgical Care or have undergone any Surgical Intervention Patients having Fracture or Dislocation in the Shoulder Joint Pregnant women and lactating mother
