Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: History of Chronic Radiating Leg Pain: Presence of unilateral leg radiating pain persisting for at least three months, interfering with daily activities and movements. Confirmed Lumbar radiculopathy: Clinical diagnosis of lumbar radiculopathy (radiating leg pain in dermatomal distribution) , LLTT ( lower limb tension test) - slump and SLR. Pain Severity: Moderate unilateral leg radiating pain (e.g., NPRS score more than 4). Willingness to Participate: Ability to follow treatment protocols and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other causes of leg pain such as: piriformis syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, hip pathologies. Systemic comorbidities affecting nerve or muscle function: Diabetes Mellitus, TB Spine, any significant systemic Inflammatory conditions. Contraindications to intervention: including bleeding disorders, anticoagulant use, skin infections. History of spine and Hip surgery.
