Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Unilateral Plantar Fasciitis. The contralateral foot must be completely pain free with no history of heel pain in the last year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous Surgery: History of any foot ankle or Achilles tendon surgery. Recent Injections: Corticosteroid injection in the heel within the last 3 months. Diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions that may affect foot function such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spondyloarthropathy, etc. Significant cognitive, cardio respiratory and neurological impairments that will affect performance. Strengthening exercises of invertors and evertors in the past three months.
