Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes mellitus ,age related macular degeneration from urban and rural population attending KLES DR Prabhakar Kore hospital and MRC Belagavi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting patients
