Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals having BMI ranging from Normal (18.5) to Obese (30) Individuals aged 18-30 years, exhibiting pronated foot on observation without complaining of pain & stiffness at the knee or ankle. Individuals having navicular drop values of more than 8.5 to 9 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal deformity, such as scoliosis 2. Corrective surgery for flat foot deformity 3.Those who complained of flat feet due to tendon injuries or tears. 4.Pregnant women 5.Lower extremity fractures in the past two years
