Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of thyroid eye disease Age more than equal to 18 years No clinical signs of optic nerve dysfunction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Eyes with BCVA less than 6 by 12 on Snellen s chart Presence of clinical signs of optic nerve dysfunction abnormal pupillary reaction abnormal color vision and contrast sensitivity documented visual field defect Individuals with conditions known to be associated with RNFL abnormality Stroke Diabetes mellitus Hypertension High myopia Glaucoma Retinal diseases Other neuro-ophthalmic diseases Scans with signal strength of less than equal to 6 out of 10 in OCT
