Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male and Female Participants patient diagnose with Non-specific low back pain pain duration more than 6 months Willing t enagage in and adhere to the fitness regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal stenosis spondylolisthesis Fracture Disloction Trauma Psychiatric Disorder Cancer Inflammatory Disease
