Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1 Experts from emergency healthcare disciplines including emergency medicine physicians diving and marine medicine experts and allied health professionals with demonstrated experience in resuscitation simulation based training or emergency care education holding a relevant professional degree and having a minimum of 2 years of experience and willing to participate in the module development and validation process. Either gender is eligible to participate in the study. Phase 2 Eligible participants encompass individuals like Emergency Medical Technologist Emergency Medicine Physicians Nurses and Physiotherapist Respiratory Therapist Anesthesia Technologist Exercise and sports technicians. Either gender is eligible to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any physical/ medical disability at the time of the study

MeasureTime frame
To develop and validate a structured high-fidelity simulation-based aquatic rescue and resuscitation training module and evaluate its effectiveness among emergency healthcare professionals by assessing improvements in knowledge, practical skills, confidence, preparedness, airway management, ventilation, chest compressions, scene safety, rescue techniques, and team communication using standardized assessment tools and OSCE-based performance checklists.Timepoint: Baseline assessment before training immediate post-training assessment after completion of the simulation-based intervention on the same day and follow-up assessment at 3 months to evaluate retention of knowledge and practical skills.
