Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All ESRD End stage renal disease patients 18yrs old 2. Distal radio-cephalic and proximal brachiocephalic configurations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients planned for revision, synthetic graft or lower limb AVFs. 2. Patients with absent distal pulses and chronic ischaemia of the upper limb 3. Recent cannulation of puncture of the vein within two weeks
