Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who will be diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder as per ICD-10 DCR criteria. Patients who score between 8 and 23 on the Y-BOCS indicate mild to moderate impairment. The duration of illness will be more than 1 year and less than 5 years, within the age range of 25 - 45 years, and patients will be able to read and comprehend both English and Hindi. Patients who will be ready to consent to participate in the research study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of significant medical or neurological illness. History of chronic or severe pain conditions. Presence of comorbid psychiatric disorders. Family history of major psychiatric illness. Current or recent (within six months) participation in other psychological therapies and yoga-based practices.
