Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patients above 18 years of age and below 35 years 2 Patient complaining of Ksheena Artava having any of the following symptoms that is duration of flow less than 3 days or reduced quantity of flow amount less than 20ml 3 Patients suffering from atleast 2 consecutive cycle with Hypomenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient having severe anemia according to WHO Hb less than 7gm per dl 2 Pregnant women and lactating mother will be excluded from the study 3 Patients having systemic disorders like Diabetes Thyroid Hormonal imbalance and Kochs infection 4 Patient of known case of STD endocrine disorders 5 Patients taking oral contraceptive pills

1.The duration of menstrual flow is increased Timepoint: Before treatment - Day 1 After treatment - 5th day of menstrual after 3 months of treatment

1 Pain during menstruation is decreasedTimepoint: duration for 90 days
