Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of known case of Fistula in ano during the time of change of Ksharasutra

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with skin allergy of anesthetic gel Known case of sensitivity towards anesthesia Patients over the age of 65 years Patients having serious systemic illness. Patients not fit for minor surgical procedures/ksharasutra like paralyzed patients cardiac patients etc

At the end of the study we will be able to evaluate the anesthetic action of polyherbal anesthetic gel At its sum study will be able to provide enough evidence to articulate the acclaimed efficacy and safety of the formulation Timepoint: During procedure after applying anesthetic gel 1 to 3 minutes then 3 to 6 minutes then 6 to 9 minutes 9 to 12 minutes and 12 to 15 minutes
