Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Recruitment of ASHAs currently serving under rural and urban areas of Gangtok, Sikkim. 2.70 percent rural and 30 percent urban ASHAs will be recruited based on the recommendation provided by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Sikkim. 3.Community members residing under the catchment zones of selected ASHAs will be enrolled for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Voluntary unwillingness to participate. 2. Any cognitive or physical impairment limiting their participation in the study. 3. ASHA who fails to get all the skills correct and a Q-CPR score of 75 percent in maximum of two assessments.
