Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 40 60 years. 2. Diagnosed with alcohol-related liver cirrhosis confirmed by a physician (clinical, biochemical, or imaging evidence). 3. History of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. 4. Presence of balance impairment (e.g., Berg Balance Scale score less than 45 or clinically evident postural instability). 5. Presence of mild to moderate cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other diagnosed neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis). 2. Severe musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility (e.g. recent fractures, severe osteoarthritis). 3.Severe vestibular disorders or visual impairments affecting balance. 4. Unstable cardiovascular or respiratory conditions. 5.Severe psychiatric illness interfering with participation.
