Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis who meet ACR/EULAR criteria. 2. At least eighteen years old. 3. Patients who are prepared to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have either acute or persistent infections. 2. Individuals suffering from various autoimmune conditions. 3. Individuals suffering from malignancy, chronic liver disease,or kidney illness. 4. Women who are lactating or pregnant. 5. Individuals receiving long-term steroid treatment for illnesses other than RA.

MeasureTime frame
When comparing RA patients to controls, pentraxin-3 levels should be noticeably higher.Timepoint: A weekly in once , total time duration Assessment will be done at 2 year
