Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 15 to 60 years 2.Haemoglobin level 8 to 10 mgdl 3. MCV less than 80fL 4. MCHC less than 34ig/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 15 years and more than 60 years. 2. Pregnant and lactation. 3. Severe renal Hepatic cardiac disease. 4. Any continuing blood loss eg. Haematemesis Malaena bleeding piles etc. 5. Dimorphic anaemia
