Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 370 infants aged 6 to 9 months having birth details, presented in Pediatrics OPD of SBISR will be enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital malformation, genetic syndrome, or chronic disease Preterm Infants (less than 37 weeks) Birth weight less than 1.5 kg Twins or triplets Infants conceived from fertility treatment (IUI, IVF) Families planning to relocate outside the study area during follow-up.

Change in weight-for-length (WFL) z-score (WHO standards) at 15 months in relation to nocturnal milk feeding exposureTimepoint: Assessed longitudinally at baseline (6 9 months), 12 months, and primary endpoint at 15 months
