Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary and secondary school teachers will enrolled as healthy individuals 1) Primary hypertension 2) Systolic blood pressure (SBP) 140 mmHg 3) Diastolic blood pressure (DBP)90 mmHg or 4) Taking medication for hypertension 5) Age group : 25-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Secondary Hypertension. Pregnancy induced hypertension
