Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Married participants of age group between 20-45 years irrespective of occupation, religion, socioeconomic status. 2.Participants of primary and secondary infertility. 3.Participants with anovulatory menstrual cycles irrespective of regularity. 4.Participants with or without the history of oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, PCOS, women with premature ovarian failure. 5.Participants willing to undergo trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with known case of Benign and Malignant tumors of reproductive organs. 2.Participants with known case of Ovarian cyst. 3.Participants with known cases of STDs, HIV, HBsAg. 4.Participants with Congenital anomalies of reproductive organs. 5.Participants diagnosed with Menometrorrhagia, Metrorrhagia, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding. 6.Participants on hormonal treatments/contemporary system ovulation induction therapy.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Induction of ovulation in Participants with anovulatory infertility. Establishment of efficacy of Jyotishmatyadi churna and Pippalyadi churna in the management of Anovulatory infertility.Timepoint: Trial period - 18 days of 2 menstrual cycles (from 3th day of menstruation up to 18th day of menstruation can be extend upto 20th day) Assessment on 0th day, After follicular study in 1st cycle (with treatment), After follicular study in 2nd cycle (with treatment) and After follicular study in 3rd cycle (without treatment) Follow up after follicular study in 3rd cycle. Total Study Duration - 3 menstrual cycles duration

MeasureTime frame
Increase in dominant follicule size. Change in Endometrial thickness. Generation of in- depth analysed data for ovulation induction in anovulatory infertility. Generation of data on possible adverse drug reactions. Timepoint: Trial period - 18 days of 2 menstrual cycles (from 3th day of menstruation up to 18th day of menstruation can be extend upto 20th day) Assessment on 0th day, After follicular study in 1st cycle (with treatment), After follicular study in 2nd cycle (with treatment) and After follicular study in 3rd cycle (without treatment) Follow up after follicular study in 3rd cycle.
