Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of moderate to severe VKC (per Bonini grading) Active symptoms with at least two signs (limbal papillae, Trantas dots, corneal involvement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ocular infection or trauma Use of immunomodulatory drugs in the past 3 months History of glaucoma, cataract, or prior ocular surgery Known hypersensitivity to cyclosporine or study medications
