Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Completely edentulous patients aged between 18 to 100 years. Well formed residual ridge with adequate height and width. Healthy oral mucosa without pathology. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with temporomandibular disorders. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes. Patients with flabby ridge or severely resorbed ridge. Patients with neuromuscular disorders. Patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Patients with severe psychological disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Fit accuracy of complete dentures evaluated using 3D surface deviation analysis in microns.Timepoint: At the time of denture insertion for each intervention phase.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Masticatory efficiency assessed by sieve analysis of chewed food particles.Timepoint: After 3 months of denture use.;Patient satisfaction evaluated using Visual Analog Scale questionnaire.Timepoint: At 3 months, and after crossover.;Retention of maxillary denture measured using digital force gauge in Newtons.Timepoint: After time of delivery, 3 months, and after crossover.
