Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laproscopic cholecystectomy falling under ASA1 and ASA2. Patients giving consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with a history of sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection. Emergency patients. Patient with a history of allergy to local anaesthetics, dexmedetomidine,magnesium sulfate and ropivacaine. Patient requiring more than one attempt at intubation
