Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Closed Apex of permanent tooth Teeth extracted for orthodontic purpose or periodontal reasons, not for endodontic pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grossly decayed tooth. Endodontically treated teeth. Teeth with visible cracks, fractures, longitudinal root fractures, or craze line. Teeth with internal or external root resorption, calcified canals
