Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years to 70 years Signs and Symptoms of Musculoskeletal Chest Pain for more than 3months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiac causes Vascular causes Pulmonary Causes (Eg: Pleurisy) Active infection (Eg: Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Herpes) Refusal of consent to take part in study Malignancy Pregnancy Post operative chest pain within 3 months of surgery Cognitive impairment or severe psychiatric illness Chest Pain within 3 months of chest trauma Post viral Neuralgia
