Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having sign & Symptoms of Kadar Rog like Keelvat (central core) Kathina (Hard) Granthi (Knotted) having Madhya-Nimna (Depressed in central) or Unnat (elevated in central) in clinical features. Patients of age between 18 60 yrs. Patients willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below the age of 18 years and above the age of 60 years. Patients suffering from systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Patient who are not ready to sign written Informed Consent. Patient contraindicated for Agnikarma.

Patient will be assessed on the following parameters 1. Pain 2. Discomfort during Walking 3. Tenderness 4. Discharge 5. Healing TimeTimepoint: Assessment will be done at baseline, at 5th day,at 10th day and at the completion of trial at 15th day.Follow up will be done at an interval of 30 days after the completion of treatment.(2 follow ups in 2 months)	—
