Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 65 years ASA Physical Status I to II Elective primary unilateral TKA Regional (spinal) anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral or revision TKA General anesthesia ASA III or higher History of delirium, stroke, or significant cardiopulmonary disease Non-ambulatory preoperative status Surgical Apgar Score less than 4 (intraoperative risk stratification)
