Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate Tailors with a minimum of one year of work experience Both male and female tailors in the age group of 30 to 59 years( WHO adult group) Minimum 6- 8 hours of tailoring work Chronic neck pain in the past one year (pain for more than 3 months) Tailors without neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological stroke ( ICD I63.9) Severe systemic musculoskeletal disorder i.e, Rheumatoid arthritis (ICD-10 M06), Ankylosing Spondylitis ( ICD M45) Pregnant women People with severe locomotor disability using an assistive device Congenital scoliosis (ICD-10 M41) History of uncontrolled HTN(140/90 mmhg) and uncontrolled diabetes (180 mg/dL or HBA1C 7 % or higher)
