Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adequate oral hygiene status. No active periodontal disease. Patients requiring replacement of one or more non restorable teeth with sufficient bone volume. Willingness to provide informed consent. Good compliance to meet follow up schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases affecting osseointegration. History of radiation therapy or chemotherapy to head and neck within last 12 months. Poor oral hygiene. Alcoholics, drug abusers, or heavy smokers. Pregnant or lactating women. Sites with acute infection. Parafunctional habits. Insufficient bone volume or cortical plate damage after extraction

Crestal Bone levels using Grid IOPA at baseline and 3 months. Buccolingual Ridge Width from Section of CBCT at baseline and 6 months. PINP levels in PICF at baseline and 3 monthsTimepoint: at baseline ,3 months and 6 months.
