Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adults. Bendavid Type 1, Stage 3 primary inguinal hernia suitable for elective TAPP. Provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recurrent /obstructed Inguinal hernia Contraindication to laparoscopy or general anesthesia. Significant comorbidity precluding participation (per investigator discretion).
