Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults. Bendavid Type 1, Stage 3 primary inguinal hernia suitable for elective TAPP. Provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent /obstructed Inguinal hernia Contraindication to laparoscopy or general anesthesia. Significant comorbidity precluding participation (per investigator discretion).

To Compare Surgeon reported technical difficulty by NASA TLX score To Compare intraoperative complications (bleeding, visceral injury). 3 To Compare postoperative pain scores (VAS) at POD 1, 3, 7. 4. To Assess seroma formation clinically (and ultrasound if indicated). 5. Length of hospital stay & time to return to normal activity. Timepoint: at the end of the study by 6 weeks
