Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged greater than 18 years. 2.Clinically diagnosed Hansen s disease confirmed by slit skin smear or biopsy with peripheral nerve damage. 3.Willing to provide written informed consent and comply with follow up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of malignancy or undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 2.Active skin infection or ulceration over treatment area. 3.History of epilepsy, photosensitivity, or use of photosensitizing medications. 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
