Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 40 years. 2) Apparently healthy individuals. 3) Individual Yogya and willing for Virechana Karma. 4) Apparently healthy participants assessed by CSIR Ayurgenomics TRISUTRA New Delhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age-less than 18 years; More than 40 years. 2)Pregnant and Lactating women. 3)Person who is Ayogya and not willing for Virechana Karma. 4) Person having systemic diseases, history of MI, TB.

1)Increase in level of Immunity Marker- (Interferon-gamma) by Sharadiya Virechana as compare to No treatment control group in apparently healthy individuals. 2)Improvement in Quality of life by Sharadiya Virechana as compare to No treatment control group in apparently healthy individuals. 3)Improvement in Dhatu Sarata by Sharadiya Virechana as compare to No treatment control group in apparently healthy individuals. 4)Improvement in Vyayamshakti by Sharadiya Virechana as compare to No treatment control group in apparently healthy individuals.
