Intervention1: YOGA THERAPY: The 60-minute yoga session will be given for 12 weeks which starts with Om Chanting and Prayer (2 min), followed by Sukshma Vyayama warm-up exercises (10 min). Suryanamask

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Engaged in rotating shift work. Minimum 6 months of shift work experience. Presence of at least one self-reported gastrointestinal symptom

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of gastrointestinal malignancy and major gastrointestinal surgery Severe systemic illness such as: Cirrhosis, Uremia, Severe cardiovascular disease, Severe respiratory disease and Severe endocrine disorders Long-term use of sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medications, or antidepressants. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Engaged in any yoga program atleast from 1 year Any condition that may interfere while participation in yoga intervention.
