Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Vatarakta/Gout according to Ayurvedic and modern text. 2. Patients of hyperuricemia with Uric acid level more than 7 mg/dl for males and 6 mg/dl for females. 3. Patients of age group between 20 - 70 years of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant & lactating women. 2.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis with and without medication. 3.Patients with immunocompromised disorder, Serious cardiac diseases, autoimmune disorders. 4.Patients who denied signing the consent form.
