Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy individuals Stage iii grade b periodontitis patients Two wall, three wall intrabony defects greater than 3mm Probing depth greater than 6mm Clinical attachment loss greater than 4mm Full mouth plaque and bleeding score less than 20%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One walled or suprabony defects Grade ii or grade iii mobility Smokers Pregnancy or lactating women Patients with systemic diseases affecting periodontal healing Patients on anticoagulant therapy or with bleeding disorders
