Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who have written informed consent will be included and Children receiving urological procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient s attendants refusal to participate in study. 2. Bleeding disorders 3. Contraindications to any of the drugs used in the study(allergy) 4. Severe liver and kidney disease 5. Severe cardiovascular/respiratory risk 6. Coagulation Disorders 7. Allergy to local anaesthetic
