Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with dry eye symptoms (questionnaire score above 13) 2.Age 18 30 years 3.Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with systemic diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, rheumatoid arthritis) 2.Previous eye surgery 3.Use of steroid medicines in the past one year 4.Use of dry eye medicines in the past one month 5.Active eye infection or inflammation 6.Regular participation in sports, swimming, or gymnastics

MeasureTime frame
Ocular parametersTimepoint: Baseline ocular parameters will be measured before the intervention. Following a two day training session on yogic breathing techniques, ocular parameters will be reassessed. Participants will then continue the breathing intervention for 21 days, after which the ocular parameters will be measured again to evaluate the effect of the intervention
