Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 28 years 2. Both male and female participants 3. Individuals with no neck pain for the past 3 months 4. Ability to perform neck flexion movement correctly Normal active cervical range of motion without pain Individuals able to understand and follow verbal instructions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, or cervicogenic headache 2. Previous cervical spine trauma, whiplash injury, or fracture 3. History of cervical or thoracic spine surgery 4. Known neurological disorders affecting motor control or muscle function 5. Diagnosed musculoskeletal disorders involving the spine or shoulder girdle 6. Presence of postural deformities such as scoliosis or structural kyphosis 7. Current participation in neck specific strengthening or physiotherapy programs 8. Any pain, dizziness, or discomfort during DNF endurance performance
