Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 45 60 years Perimenopausal or postmenopausal women Presence of insomnia Willingness to participate in the study Ability to understand and follow instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women on hormone replacement therapy Diagnosed psychiatric disorders Secondary sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome) Severe musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular conditions Current use of sleep medications
