Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of patients 18 to 60 years of either sex Ashmari (renal Calculi) size up to 10 mm. Patients of Ashmari (Renal Calculi) with controlled Hypertension BP 150-90 and Diabetic Mellitus RBS less than 140. No Calculis at other site of Urinary tract.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. Chronic Renal failure. (Sr. Creatininegreater than 2mg per dl will not be included) Gross Hydronephrosis with parenchymal damage. Acute abdominal pain. Cases that require surgical intervention. Severe Hematuria. Ashmari (Renal Calculi) Size more than 10 mm. Ashmari present in urinary bladder, ureter and in urethra will be excluded. Known cases of Malignancy, Tuberculosis. Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac disorders
