Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between 18 to 30years of age Cooperative subjects VDT users usually more than 7 hours Healthy individuals without any systemic disease Subjects without ocular disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with high refractive errors Subjects with systemic disease Post refractive surgery patients Allergic to theses supplements Pregnancy and lactating women
