Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 12 years irrespective of gender , religion.Clinically diagnosed cases of Agnimandya with following symptoms -Reduced appetite, Bloating or abdominal distension,Constipation or irregular bowel movements ,Complaints of indigestion or dyspepsia. Children with decreased or loss of appetite, like less intake of food. Diagnosis must be confirmed through clinical evaluation, which may include patient history, physical examination, and dietary assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with acute or chronic illnesses that may interfere with the study (e.g., infections, malignancy, thyroid disorders) Presence of life-threatening medical or surgical conditions Children on long-term medications (e.g., for diabetes) Significant comorbidities affecting gastrointestinal function (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, peptic ulcer) or neurological disorders affecting appetite/digestion History of recent gastrointestinal surgery Known psychiatric disorders affecting compliance or communication Known allergy to Yamanipanchak Vati or its ingredients Participation in another clinical trial within the last 3 months
